ClassVR Icons

These are selected examples of redesigned icons for use in the ClassVR portal, and at a variety of sizes and across both web and printed media.

Legibility was a hugely important consideration in the designs given the display size of the icons in the online ClassVR portal itself, with an emphasis on maintaining clarity of the design at a smaller size on the subject tabs in the portal whilst looking distinctive enough from similar subject icons, or icons from the same section or topic of the portal.

The look of the icons themselves were designed in keeping with existing icon designs in the library to maintain a visual consistency, and were created using combinations of elements from existing icons, and those that were new creations or sourced from stock libraries.
