ClassVR Teacher Course Workbook

This ClassVR branded workbook was created to support the training of product demonstrators in the use of the ClassVR headsets and software portal. The aim of the project was for it to be a supplemental workbook, as a result the copy on the pages was mainly kept as brief as possible. 

The project itself meant taking the text that was sent over in a Word document in a rough draft, and turning it into a layout that fit within the existing ClassVR branding and styles. As well capturing relevant screenshots there were also a number of other images created throughout the document, both to help highlight specific point or to be situated on the chapter pages.

This project also presented a couple of other challenges, the first being arranging the information so that the number of pages was correct for printing purposes without becoming too cluttered, and factoring in consideration for the necessary spacing on the inner gutter of the pages as the finished document was to be spiral bound.

The workbook proved to be a successful part of the training and resulted in a second version that helped supplement the training of the trainers themselves, and incorporated a FAQ column on each page, which meant an added design challenge and amendments to each page to fit the adjusted page layout.
